In this case, my diagnoses is that the person in question seems to suffer from a malady known as PPMS, Perpetual Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, an affliction brought on by low intelligence, low self-esteem, and extreme immaturity. There is no known cure for this affliction, although it may be possible to improve the status of self-esteem and/or immaturity with a great deal of time and some very expensive professional care. Time may not be an issue, however; persons of low intelligence rarely have the funds for long term professional care and therapy and usually end up suffering the malady for the balance of their lifetime.

Prognosis: It normally does no good to address the issue with jail time or banning. Although of limited intelligence (we used to call it retarded, but that is now politically incorrect) they do seem able to go to another I.P. address and register again under another equally obnoxious username and continue to post their worthless and unproductive drivel.
