Took 3 awful losses yesterday for a 1-3 start to september. Royals pen jerked me in the bottom of the 8th. Nats put in a rookie in the 9th and that was toast and mariners lineup sucked as usual. On to monday and the true start of the playoff race in Labor day. Lets get it

As's have not fared well against Gilbert with the current
lineup having gone 5 for 49 against him in their careers
with 15 strikeouts in 49 abs. Gilbert has pitched well for
the most part but has had zero run support this year.
Bido goes for as's and he has been a GODSEND going 3-2
with a 3.03 era at home and 5-3 overall with a 3.21 era.
He has allowed 2 earned runs or less in 5 straight games
and has gone at least 6 innings in 4 of 5 games. Give me
a well pitched labor day game and a low scoring final.
