Dodgers: I may
catch some flack for this but I think Dan Haren is one of the most consistently
undervalued pitchers in the game. Taking him in an underdog role versus a
consistently overvalued Strasburg and the Nationals offense is not that hard.
Brewers: I hope
Wily Peralta remains as hot as he was in the dominant shutdown performance he
tossed at the Reds last week. Peralta has been more steady than superior most
of his career but is looking like this could be his breakout season. I am
counting on another very good performance because Arroyo has also shown a
little progress lately, although nothing in a class with Peralta.
Cubs: Perfect
spot for a reversal of form here as the Cubs face a below average Danks while
the Sox face the consistently undervalued Wood. Home field carries the juice
here but the Cubs have both the starter and offense to make a payment on the
0-2 they handed the Sox in their home park.
End of day. Don’t
ask.

Just curious you have Giants FG as a push, is that supposed to say F5? I am not questioning you because I am after to proving you wrong or challenging your record. I had Giants F5 as well.

Key is just copying what he originally published yesterday for the Giants. He later put out a big bulletin that he made a mistake (Heaven forbid) and meant for it to be a first 5 bet and apologized. So it was a push but he is just copying his initial posting here. Oh No !! should that be considered another mistake in 2 days by the Key !!!!
By the way I lost big on the Giants FG because I did not see his late acknowldegment of the change to it being a first 5 bet, but I will forgive Key.....you know he is getting old and we need to give the poor guy a break now and then!!!

Hey Santa if you can not make our own picks you should not be gambling!!
There is nothing wrong with responsible tailing. I can't hit a regular season basketball game to save my life, but I have a good friend I tail and make money with. I always check Key and a couple of select others. Sometimes Key will have a guy rated differently than I do and I like to see why. I trust in the way I do things, but his system is much more refined and I am always looking to improve. Blanket statements like yours are often incorrect, the world has very few absolutes.

TO JIMBO--What hole did you crawl out of. Your comment is unwarranted and my whole career has involved research and I would be remiss in this endeavor if I did not consider every valuable resource in making my selections and I consider Key to be a valuable resource.
For you to make this comment is totally ignorant and at the very least based on an assumption that is totally off base (pun intended !!).
If this is the kind of logic that you use in making decisions I suggest that you start leaving your gambling selections entirely up to Key in order to keep your bankroll intact.

1. The correction from FG to F5 was made very rapidly yesterday so very few people saw it before I changed it. Some may have played FG because they went no further into the thread than the original pick-post. There is nothing I can do about that.
2. I constantly see these posts about DIY or "do-it-yourself" handicapping. The problem is no matter how much time or resources some folks have they will never learn how to win anyway. There is no dishonor or shame in realizing that about yourself and being a good follower, in fact; it shows a certain degree of intelligence to do less work and earn more money. There are probably 5 handicappers in this forum and no more than 20 on this whole site that can actually make you money on a consistent basis year to year. 95% of the people posting and viewing on this site could better spend their time finding the 5% that have learned the art, science and mathematics of sports wagering. It ain't easy, and most of you suggesting DIY handicapping would never dream of suggesting DIY surgical treatment, legal representation or becoming a kitchen counter pharmacist. Heck, most of you wouldn't even suggest a guy go to Sears, get some tools, pull his 60K car up under a shade tree and attempt his own auto repairs.
