We're in the middle of a classic June Gloom weather pattern here in Southern California which as means light winds out of the west every evening as the offshore marine layer rolls in. At the Big A, that means light winds blowing out to right field. Spot on analysis Key!
Go to the head of the class. Most guys on Covers don't know meteorology from marbles, but I have been trying to explain the Jet Stream, the Marine Layer and prevailing winds for years, especially on both coasts, and the natural configuration of ball parks with home plate in the southwest corner.

I was at the Angels game last night. I got there early to try to catch a few home run balls during batting practice in the left field stands. I quickly realized that the Tiger right-handed hitters were trying to go to the opposite field and there were several home runs hit in the right field bleachers. There was only one home run hit to left-field bleachers. I guess they were trying to take advantage of the winds just like you said, but it didn't work because they got bombed. Miggie hit one to right field that looked like a home run but it was too low and could not take advantage of the wind but the Angels catcher smashed one for a grand slam.

Key do u have any idea why Indians open at -103 and now are +105?
Cleveland Seattle
+105 -115
61%39%
public are on the indians as well
thanks for the hep and by the why I'm amazed with all ur picks
I have no idea, but it does not worry me either. If bettors are slow to pick up on the changes in the teams and still want to back HFA it is fine with me. When I pick a side I expect the line to move against me, because I feel I have the right side, but why I expect the betting public to smarten up is a mystery. They won't. I am even beginning to disrespect the supposed "smart money" that supposedly moved the line. None of it seems to effect my results. I play win probability as related to line value and what anyone else thinks is irrelevant, pro or amateur, rich or poor.

Man, you have some really funny ideas and questions. I played them all for $242 didn't I? I can't tell you how many times in the past I thought one was better than another and it was the one that lost. It is the nature of the beast. If I hit 2 of the 3 I am happy and won't whine or cry about which 2 it was. Play them equally or go round robin X2 and hope 2 of 3 hit. BOL

I know the game has already started and the Twins are up 4-1, but I just got home from dinner. Now, what possible case could you make for the Jays, or are you just another negative troll?
