The young gun M.Stroman from TOR is pretty damn good lately, pitching at least 7 innings in July. I think HOU will not be able to hit something off him while Feldman is just below average.

Just some more info here. Timmons was the umpire on July 1st in HOU/SEA. Iwakuwa gave one run, no walk thru 6 innings and SEA won 13-2 blowout game.
