While I do think the race is on and can still be won by either Doc or Kershaw, I think it's Kershaw's to lose at the moment.
I can see where you can make a few comparisons between the nature of Felix's 2010 Mariners and Kershaw's 2011 Dodgers, but Kershaw's record is literally just as impressive as Doc's this year which is incredibly impressive how shit a team the Dodgers are this year. They're also 19-9 in all Kershaw starts this year when incorporating his ND's which is about as good as a pitcher can possibly make these Dodgers look.
Doc has a good shot, the guy is still the best overall pitcher in baseball and is competing with Kershaw in almost every "important" pitching category. I just think Kershaw's recent run has put him ahead, and the amount of wins he has along with his team's success in his starts even trumps last year's Mariners and Greinke's Royals, so it's not going to hinder him as much as some people assume.

This race is still up for grabs though, lot of interesting angles yet to play out. Will the Phils work Doc like the horse he is after they've wrapped up a division title and have nothing to play for other than shuffling their deck properly for the playoffs? How hard will the Dodgers work Kershaw when he's gone way past his career innings limit and they're mathematically out of things in 2ish weeks, will they throw him out there for that 8th inning when he's at 102 pitches? Things like that may very well determine a close race.
