dude just trying to be nice, but you lost badly on the AL +2.5 you posted...I don't mean badly as in you lost a lot of money, which you may have, but the NL covered that pretty solidly and it was a lot of juice.  Believe me, I know juice and it doesn't always win.  consistently betting these alternative runlines is a recipe for disaster.

Something to think about: if you think the O's need 2.5 runs to cover your bet, why don't you take the Cleveland ML at -110??  I really don't get it....you think it is a safer bet to say "oh, there's no way the O's lose by 3 runs or more at home" than to say "the Indians have a great chance to win this game tonight?"  Please explain this to me...

You stand about a 50% chance of the Indians winning but not by 3+ runs. Mathematically and logically this is just about the dumbest bet ever, your book LOVES you for taking it even if you win by 1 or 2 runs.

I don't understand why you would even put that much money out there on a worthless matchup, with a worthless 7 game losing streak team... nonetheless man good luck!!!

its simple...say you put 50 on a -300 and lose 150....you put 150 on the next bet...if it loses, put 450 on the next bet....next bet maybe 1100...around there....i have never lost more than 3 in a row, betting big juice.....like i said, if you have the bank, and start small, you profit every month. 

If you bet laying -300 for the same amount of money every game, there is no way you can win, i agree.

As a matter of fact laying 110....i couldnt win either, but when i increase my bets, i ALWAYS come out ahead. I don't have time to explain more...don't worry about me...i have fun and always profit.  whether im betting big favorites, big dogs, u name it.

Because the way I manage my money, i can hit 50% of my -300 games and make money, as long as i dont lose more than 5 in a row...which i have never done.  When i bet big dogs of +300 or more, i can lose 10-12 in a row, which I have also never done....this week I am in a favorite state of mind

And just a side note, even putting out $1000 is not worth the winnings of $370... however a win is a win and any money won is good money in my books. BOL my friend!

I LOVE worthless matchups...Its tought to bet on "great or good teams" all the time because the line doesnt allow it..but crappy teams in good spots now thats where the money is!

Your method makes since if you have the capitol to bet what you lost every game going forward (sort of like John Morrison's system). I just find it hard to keep putting that much money out because a 5 game losing streak would be a serious bummer...
