Are the over/under plays still valid?  Oswalt started the game but did not throw a pitch.  He was relieved prior to a pitch.  Does starting a game as pitcher mean throwing a pitch.

What if he batted and got injured and then pulled before throwing a pitch. 

Technically he started the game as the pitcher.  I assumed the bet was cancelled....but I realize I should never assume.  Anyone know for sure?
