The 2009 Yankees might be the last time we see a team complete a playoff run using mostly offense and bullpen for a long time. Looks like we could be entering a new era of starting pitching dominance. Maybe an era like the 60's or 70's. Certainly, this year's Yanks have won most of their games in this year's ALDS / ALCS with offense and bullpen, but it's hard to believe that trend will continue if the Yanks are going to advance to and possibly win the WS.

Lee is a freaking stud.  The Yankees may as well back up the money truck to his garage right now. 

People are going to make a gang of money with Lee in pinstripes.

I can see it now....Cliff Lee RL every time!

Lee already denied the Yankees at the trade deadline.  I think he'll stay...or go somewhere else.  Fuck the Yankees.

The bigger performance Lee has against the Yankees...the more the odds increase that Lee becomes a Yankee next season.

He's not going anywhere...in case you missed it, the Rangers have new ownership now. Greenberg has already said payroll will rise...and when, I mean if TEX wins this series, he's certainly not leaving!
