Angels lead the majors (or are in the top 5, b/c changes daily) in runs scored when trailing a game. With one knock last night they cudda ripped up a lot of Texas tickets. They had two young hungry HR hitters w/ bases jacked in the 7th and 8th. JB Schuck fouled off a meaty fastball (you don't get 2nd chances sometimes), then struck out on the changeup. Games are that close sometimes. People only look at the final score and see 5-2 and think the Rangers "kille 'em," but the few who look beyond the wins and losses can see some value. Richards might keep this very close, make Yu and the Rangers sweat this one out.
