Athletics couldn't pull through in extra innings, and neither could the Cubs. Another 1-3 day yesterday where the breaks all went the other way; just like the previous day. MLB is a grind for sure! :)

Week 1: 16-11 (+11 UnitsISH)
Week 2: 0-0

Same drill. I don't mind the bashers, but make sure you post picks before you bash and contribute something to the thread or you'll have a one way ticket to the PB. 

The only positive yesterday was moments of sun in Oregon!

Question Of The Day: Who will win Game 3 tonight between Miami and Dallas in the NBA Finals?

I like it but I feel like I waited too long on the Pirates. If I look at my thread from 2 days ago, I had a beat on them, and didn't play it. It would've drastically changed the complexion of my last two days. GRR. :)

The A's stood out, but it seems like everyone likes them. That's always a scary proposition.

I don't know if I can stomach another Cubs bullpen loss. :(

My thoughts = 5-team parlay



I almost always avoid Halladay games. I'll start looking and hopefully we'll find common gound.

Winning at Chicago and Boston will prove much tougher than beating Dallas at home. Dallas is a great road team but not so much at home and 4-4 vs top 5 and 3-7 vs 6-10 power ranked teams. They have had a relatively easy schedule at home with the lakers wearing their skirts this year. Miami solid defense will win this game tonight.
