ya Jays gave it a good go but I should've layed off that one cause they are not used to closing out big games in front of a pressure packed crowd- reminded me of a typical NBA game where you would have the Raptors or some mediocre team up 7 going into the 4th to only blow the lead and a +7 spread or something against the Spurs or whatever- Jays just can't close em out against good teams yet especially at home in front of big crowds where there is added pressure to win sorry for your RL loss- Jays catcher called a slider to Utley when the announcer knew, I knew and the crowd knew a curveball/slider was coming so it didn't leave much room for error they shoulda just rolled with Villa cause they were up 1 and I doubt he woulda blown the lead in that at-bat

No big deal about what Bator wrote just reflecting on an identical play he had.  I like when he visits my thread we have had some good picks we've ridden together and we've also gone heads up and argued about some plays a few times just good solid capping discussions and that's all I ask for.  Also when I lose a game I try to see if there was a capping mistake that I shouldn't make for next time.  The Jays are a young team that rarely sells out and because they haven't closed games out against good opponents too often they would feel even more pressure to get it done.  So sometimes a rare large crowd can back-fire (Knicks Game 3 vs Celts) cause the players get nervous and do too much I should have layed off that play.
