Darvish goes for the padres tomorrow and is coming off an awful
start against the yankees where he gave up 7 runs. Before that
start he was rounding into form throwing 4 scoreless starts in a row
where he threw 24 innings allowing 10 hits 0 runs with 24 strikeouts
and 3 walks. He shutout the dodgers and braves in back to back stellar
performances and should shut down marlins lineup who has 1 run in 2
games this series. Braxton Garrett is coming off a stellar complete game
win against the dbacks allowing 0 runs 4 hits with 6 strikeouts and 0 walks.
After 2 rough starts since coming back he looked super sharp last week.
Like the first 2 games i believe padres outpitch marlins and get the big
hits to win the game. 4-2 padres

I've kept track since he last posted his complete record, back on the 20th. On the overall I have him up 1 unit counting Tuesday. The big recovery picks that he won over the weekend made a huge difference. Hopefully he'll share his record-keeping with us again, even if its only the sum total. May more winning days continue this week.

Fan duel brings the total back to 7 so i am gonna play it for that
reason. I am sure the players are not thrilled about playing a doubleheader
today and much like the dodgers and mets i expect the pitchers to be in
control here. All i need is for one pitcher to be dominant and the other to
not suck and i think i am ok here. Looking for a fast moving game here
and believe we will get one. Jones hasn't allowed more then 3 in any start
while skubal has been in control vs strong offenses and is 6-1 with a 2.25
