Question

This is the other system that I have been playing this year with success. This system is based off of chasing at least a 3 game series. With every new series I will look at each teams W%, team ERA and team AVG Runs scored for the season thus far. I will then rank each team that has an advantage in ALL 3 of these areas. I only bet the top 3-5 teams that have the greatest advantage in ALL 3 of these statistical areas. I will then chase that team for the 3 or 4 game series. All series begin with a bet of 2% of my Bankroll. For games 2, 3 or 4 I will bet enough to profit 2.5% of of my Bankroll.

This system, like any Chase system can do damage to your Bankroll if you lose all 3 or 4 games in the series. You need a high win percentage for each series in order to turn a profit. So far I have won 94% of the series that I have played. Because of the 3 series that I have lost, this system has not profited as much as my Parlay system, but it has still turned a profit none the less. Play at your own risk.

Here are the plays to start off the week. These are all teams that have an advantage in win %, better team ERA and the team is scoring more runs per game than their opponent. This is a standard Chase system that can be bet on the RL or ML. I will typically bet the ML unless odds get above -180 then I will often bet the RL instead.

Cleared 4 of 5 series on game 1, only the Cubs to chase for the next 2 games. Since LAD, ARZ and CHC were all over -180 favorites I bet each of them on the RL giving me better odds and payout.

Today CHC (-205). The RL is not out yet so I will wait on the odds, but I will most likely play the RL since the ML is so high.

I am going to bet CHC on the -1 RL (-146). This will be a total of a 3.33 unit bet split between the RL and the ML to get the -1 RL odds.

dude, did you just wake up from a coma? This has only been done here like 17 times. Seen it. And they always LOSE. We know, bet, lose, bet, lose, bet the team again, they win...and you triple your bet size to cover the losses. No thanks. It&#x27;s garbage.

Cool......then why are you wasting your time reading? How have people picked the teams they play to begin their Chase? If teams have been identified using the same criteria that I am using then I am sorry I haven&#x27;t seen that in here. I never understand why people tell others how dumb their betting is. Let me guess you have made thousands of dollars over the past 2 years, correct?

not correct at all....i dont bet big enough to make thousands every month or so. Im honest about that. But this system has been thrown out here many times. But hey, good luck if you want to try it. Its a simple chase system and all youre doing is throwing in teams that YOU feel are ranked a certain way. I just think its a very dangerous way for anyone to go. But it&#x27;s your journey

Thank you for the good wishes. Quick question though, doesn&#x27;t everyone bet a game based on statistics that the feel will help their team to win the game/wager? That is all I am doing here is identifying 3 very basic stats that I believe will help me better predict the winning side. Totally agree that Chase systems can be VERY dangerous, that is why I will never chase more than 3, or 4 games, at most. I do however appreciate your concern for my money. Best of luck to you

im not a stats guy really or system guy or any of that. As ive said many times, every game is its own game, this isnt hoops where its the same team every night on the court. I just look at it game to game and dont really sweat the lineups but look at the pitchers and the pens...anyway, whatever works. And yes, chase systems are dangerous because well, they involve chasing.Too scary a ride for me. Enjoy and good luck

I will be gone this weekend but I will continue to play the rest of these series and update my record when I return on Sunday night. Games for tomorrow include:

LAD (-276)ML or (-135)RL. I will be playing the RL in this series as the line will be large all weekend.

HOU (-178)

CLE (-220)ML or (-115)RL. I will play the RL in this game and go from there.

PIT (-111)

WAS (-145) only a half unit bet to start the series.

Ok here is the weekend recap. For Friday's games I had 3 of 4 series clear on game 1. Only PIT lost and WAS did not play. So between Thursday and Friday 5 of 6 series cleared on game 1 leaving us only PIT to Chase and WAS to get started on Saturday.

On Saturday both PIT (-115) and WAS (-126) lost meaning we would have to go to game 3 for the PIT series, first game 3 we needed so far, and game 2 for the WAS series.

Sunday we cleared game 3 with PIT (-165) and lost game 2 with WAS. WAS had a double header for the lost game on Friday giving us a chance to Chase game 3. WAS cleared in game 3 as well giving us a perfect 7-7 for the weekend series. Here are the numbers for all games since last Monday:

Game 1: 9-3 (75%)
Game 2: 1-2 (33%)
Game 3: 2-0 (100%)

TOTAL GAMES: 12-5 (70.6%) SERIES: 12-0 (100%)

(+10.47 units)............not bad for 1 week of games!

Today&#x27;s games:COL -126LAD -1R (-138)LAA -109I am betting LAD on the -1 RL to get better odds.Also, I am only betting LAA for .5 units because PHL has been hot and I don&#x27;t have a ton of confidence in LAA. They fit the system so I will make it an official play, but only for .5 units.

Another day and 2 more game 1 series wins!!!! I gambled a little taking LAD on the -1 RL instead of just taking the ML and it cost me a win to go 3-0 on the day. However, the Dodgers did still win so I managed a push which makes another day without a loss. Here are the updated numbers and stats:

Game 1: 14-3-1 (82.3%)
Game 2: 1-2 (33.3%)
Game 3: 2-0 (100%)

TOTAL GAMES: 17-5-1 (77.3%). Series 17-0 (100%)

With LAD throwing Stewart today I don&#x27;t like their situation. Yes LA can easily beat ATL and Teheran, but since I already cleared all other series I am going to just take my wins and wait for new series to begin tomorrow. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut and stay away. I guess a 17-0 series record and a 77% winning percentage isn&#x27;t enough to excite people on here. Maybe if I get the overall record to over an 80% winning percentage people might jump on board, lol. I do do have to correct some of my numbers. I apologize for the mistake, I have a few different spreadsheets going and I got some numbers on the wrong sheet. I want to be transparent and honest, not trying to make the numbers look better than they really are. The win/loss records are correct, just my units won was incorrect. Happy I faded LAD tonight, would have been chasing tomorrow for the win. A few new series begin tomorrow. I am crunching the numbers now to see if any make the card. Back tomorrow with an update.
