2 years ago I had $500 on College Hoops (forget the team now) but had them at -5. They are up 9 points with 6 seconds left in the game. Opposing team tries a 3 pointer and misses, my team gets the rebound, game over......but as the guy rebounds he does this showboating thing with his legs and makes contact with the other player's chest. They review it and give a Flagrant 2 technical. Team makes 2 free throws, then inbounds it and makes a 3 pointer as time expires my team wins by 4. Oh, I also had the team in College Football two years ago that lost on that last play in the bowl game where the other team got the punt at their ten yard line and passed it backwards like 15 times and ran it in for a TD, then reviewed and confirmed for added kick in the balls.

of a loss and the lateral (still think it was forwards) set me back for several years. Lesson learned though about money management, as I will never put on that kind of bet again.
