1) Max & Katie.. They were solid from start of leg to finish as they were flawless. Great improvement as they were on brink on being eliminated and as result of winning leg they each got brand new cars.
2)Joey & Meghan.. Another surprise as they plugged along and had solid finish. Loved Joey's expression on face dive as Meghan went firstthat was crazy insane challange.
3)Caroline & Jennifer these babes are hot. They did well to stick with Bates & Anthony as I think they will hook up after race. Good team they are
4) Bates & Anthony.. We knew all along they would hit slump and it happened this leg with letters breaking they did train challange and did Judy enough to avoid elimination. Also bate losing bag was not good but he didn't passport so it was no biggie. Hope they voice back next week.

Welp, Joey and Meghan were eliminated this week this team was just a bit too sensitive and cared more about the sights than actually winning 1 million bucks, which is cool but I think you need a little bit of tenacity if you are going to win the race (which is fine with me) but I would have rather seen Beth and Mona eliminated personally. But it's alright----4 fairly strong teams going into the season finale.

Lol, it wasn't overwhelming but I think the only real competition for them was Max and Katie. Many of those teams are useless but of course CBS has to cater to every single demographic out there. For example, Chuck and Wynona were doomed from the start but I'm sure everyone in Southeastern USA was cheering for them. And Joey and Meghan, they were a little too sensitive but of course that whole community was cheering them on.
Basically, CBS/The Amazing Race is genius about the way they select their teams. They are always super diverse and cater to literally almost every major demographic in the USA.
Oh well, glad Bates and Anthony got the win

The right team won! They were near the top all season. The challanges were tricky but all teams had to deal with it. Also they did have to come from behind in this last leg. I think we are all in agreement that thankfully the roller moms didn't win. That would've sucked. Not too sad to see Father and Daughter go. The father Hoskote seems like he is controlling. He did however take the mistake at the end pretty well finishing the Roadblock.

Yes the amazing race 23 is back for another season and I'm back for another season of recaps. Upset the amazing race didn't win 10th Emmy losing to the voice. All 11 teams began in wild west before going to chile. Team Oklahoma getting lost in LA on way to LAX wasn't good start to race. The roadblock of parachuting was awesome as teams got to chile in different way. And detour of doing fishing challange was tricky for teams also. Here is where teams finished.

1)Tim & Marie.. Exes who don't get along at all. Not sure about this team. Tim seems to be ok but Marie not sure as she stole cab. They only took stage 1 because next team forgot to read directions to get to final stage.
2)Nicole & Travis.. This team is ok. It helped that Nicole knows Spanish and Travis did really well in challanges, they are driven, smart and determined. Despite mistake on not reading directions to pit stop this team I think wil go far. My early favorite to win.
