What an awful piece of shitt. The first one was mildly entertaining, but this movie was embarrassingly bad. It could have been saved if Maggie Grace could have showed a little tit or muff, but it wasnt meant to me.

"All American Orgy" ............I don't know why I even watched this......wait, because it was on Showtime, which I get for free, & there was nothing else on. What a POS.......I should be smacked around for even thinking about watching a flick with a title like that. Gawd-awful, B-movie with nothing enthralling except the douchieness of the actors.

The Hobbit----I really wish I could say that I enjoyed this one (had such high hopes) but I must say that this movie is too long and drawn out and semi boring....and even a little cheesy? I don't know, didn't really do it for me. And this is only the first of 2 movies?!?!?  Maybe the next one will be better

Snow White and the Huntsman (2012) decent fantasy action drama BUT at just over 2 hours about 20 minutes longer than it needed to be. found myself "paging thru" the first 40 or so minutes. Charlize Theron as the evil Queen is HOT but Kristen Stewart as Snow White really NOT and Chris Hemsworth as Eric the Huntsman is kind of a "mug".

movie does pick up when the "The 7 Dwarves" show up 2nd half and add some comic relief to the film AND they end up being the real heros in the movie. has some excellent action scenes and the CGI, along with the costuming, is spectacular. I would say   of 3

Alien vs. Predator (2004). first "mixing" of the Alien and Predator SciFi action drama franchises. I thought it was very well done. had not seen it in year but thought it was better than the recent Alien "prequel" Prometheus (2012) with pretty much non-stop action, much better suspense and "startle" scenes. Lance Henriksen who played Charles Bishop Weyland also played the android "Bishop" in Aliens along with the human "Bishop"in Alien 3. excellent CGI and the Antarctic pyramid set design was unreal.    of 3

Resident Evil: Retribution (2012). watched about 15 minutes of this tripe and couldn't stand it. I could actually feel my brain shrinking and felt like I was turning into a "zombie". don't waste your time. really feel sorry for anyone that actually paid real money to see this in a theater.  definate

Oh, both Snow White and the Huntsman and Alien vs. Predator are playing on HBO this month.

Taken 2 was terrible.  Taken was good.

Flight with Denzel.  Good movie.  The one thing I like about Denzel if he is in the movie then it must be good.

Django Unchained was a crazy movie but I enjoyed it.

Oblivion.  It was different.  But so is Tom Cruise.  I give it an ok.

from what I saw in a 15 minute "teaser", looks like a pretty good SciFi action movie.

Bad Company (2002) pretty good spy action movie with Anthony Hopkins and Chris Rock. pretty much non-stop action and Rock is really funny in spots. Garcelle Beauvais as Rock's ex-girlfriend is smokin' HOT. it's on the FX channel again May 2nd @ 10:00 am and Friday May 3rd @ 7:30 am pacific time (record so you don't have to sit thru the damn commercials). I would say of three.

OK at best. Leslie Mann shows her fine boobs a couple times.

Some chuckles, but this blooper they show during the credits is priceless.

Family Matters

Gangster Squad (2013) Glossy, slick, violent, crowd pleasing, along with every gangster genre cliche all rolled into one.

Very entertaining 

said in an earlier write up, actually thought MIB-3 was the BEST of the series. liked the "time travel" aspect and NASA tie in. thought "Boris" was the best villian ever. scene where Agent J (Will Smith), finds out his father, who he thought had abandoned him when he was a kid, was actually a hero in the past is excellent. could have had more of the "worms", though. they are always good for laughs

Gangster Squad (2013)

looking forward to seeing it. looks like 'The Untouchables" on steroids

 

That was a good clean movie too something a guy could show his kids and not be horrified.  Thought the acting and special effects were quite well done crazy yet believable story.
