dexter is a helluva  show. Weeds bores me

Well... weeds to me is one of the best shows i have ever watched. I grew up around that type of lifestyle. I relate to the shows story and concept. I relate to weeds and dexter. Showtime has been putting on really good shows. Inside the NFL, Weeds, Dexter. Very good TV!

Hell yeah DEXTER is on Sunday! 3 more days. Hopefully i will have won a ton of cash and get to put my feet up and drink a little somethin and smoke a little somethinand enjoy Dex and my victory.

i didnt see Dexter,but i am watch ocasional Weeds and it a great serial....i mean you wouldnt expect that a mother, with two kids , is selling MJ

The Dexter season premier was really good today. It was hard to see Rita dead and watching all the flash backs of him meeting her and thinking about her. The kids are going to hate Dex. It's going to be a nail bitter season. Dexter's sister Deb is hot on the show.

This shows is one of the best of all time. The story lines and writers are really smart and the cast is perfect. I hope it never ends. I know it will some day but i hope that day is many years from now.

Quin is going to be the villain as said in one of the posts in this thread from a while back. Quin is the perfect bad guy. I don't think Dex can just kill Quin! Just like he killed Dox. He can't possibly kill Quin also?

I think he might have to but that is goin to be hard to cover up and make the story look some what realistic. I am curious to see how this Kyle Butler alias that he created when he was around the trinity killer is goin to play out. I wounder how Dex is going to explain that to the authorities? Looks like this season is going to be great. I can't wait for next weeks show.

Weeds is starting off with a bang. I have no idea how nancy is going to get the hell out of this. That was the craziest ending for a weeds episode. When she tore the earing off that women who stole her cash. I wish they would have show nancy kick her ass. I like the way she turned the clippings into hash. Tomorrows weeds looks really good.

My girl likes to watch the big c also right after weeds. I didn't like it at 1st because it felt like a women show but now it looks OK. My girl loves it so i guess i finally found a show she really likes that doesn't annoy the hell out of me.When she caught her son watching porn and sat right next to him watchin it and explaining what he was watching. That was classic. Showtime is my favorite movie channel. They put out a great line up shows. I wish they would move inside the NFL to Tuesdays from Wednesdays.

Saw the first episode of season 5 yesterday

It will be interesting to see where this season goes for Dexter.Episode 1 didn't give much away but you have to think someone in the police department is going to get closer and closer to finding out who he is.Look's like it will be Quinn but maybe even Batista or Matsuka may see him do something unusual or suspicious by accident.

Looking forward to seeing Peter Weller (Robocop) in this season too. I think he's now a professor of history somewhere

Robocop was a good movie. I forgot all about that movie. Have not seen it in a long time. Thanks for pointing that out. Looking forward to seeing robocop this season. He's a good actor to add to the story.

Just came across this thread, had to chime in. These two shows (along with Entourage) are the only shows me and my girlfriend can actually watch TOGETHER! Dexter is hands down my favorite of the three. She seems to like Weeds more but I think that show is going downhill. Monday's episode was the best of the season so far, but once again... She's on the run! It just seems like nothing is going to get better for Nancy. But I'm glad they got Doug back on, that man is hilarious!

As far as Dexter, it seems like he's starting to lose it a little. It's finally sinking in that he needed Rita in order to feel "sane." Now that she's gone he's starting to slip a little. I think with the Kyle Butler thing it's going to raise some questions about him but in no way is it going to show that he's a killer. Just my $.02, can't wait for the next episode!!

I finally was able to see Dex last night. Fuckin great show. I hate the drama between Dex and his kids though. The daughter really get on my nerves sometimes. I thought it was funny when Dex took his son with him to look at the blood in the truck. That was classic. I like it when Dex talks to his baby son. Looks like the animal control guy is his next victim. Weeds was great this week. Kevin Nealon was classic in this episode. Can't wait for next week though. It's going to be funny when they are going to pretend to be priests. When person pretend to be christians it's hilarious. Anyone who doesn't like Dexter this season is a pretend fan. Almost everyone cheered when they killed Rita off the show. Now the writers have to show the emotional consequences. I wish Rita was still in the show but she isn't so now we have to wait till most of the grief of her death is over.

Can't wait for episode 4 of Dexter tonight

Halfway through watching season 3 of Weeds at the moment Great season so far

These are among the best shows on TV - I hate that Dexter and Boardwalk Empire come on at the same time because they are both kick ass.  HBO and Showtime is the only thing I consider quality tv nowadays with the FCC up all the major cable stations' asses.

Dexter is getting a little more interesting now

I finally had some time to see the new episodes dexter and weeds. Your right Jaysvdubwhat dexter is getting back to what i originally expected the season to be like. That was one hell of a action packed episode. It was a hell yeah episode. Can't wait till sunday's episode. Now that the sad part of the story is over. Dexter can go back to normal. Looks like the girl is going to try and be like dexter and take the law into her own hands. Julia stiles is a good actor to add to the show's story. Yeah Mikado i am a little disappointed with weeds this season but it's still entertaining. The other seasons were a lot better. I liked it when nancy was dealing in the suburbs and dealing with the mexican cartels. The story was much better then. I expected it to be that way all the time. Your right the show has gone away from what we the audience has expected out of the show. Weeds used to have weed in every episode. Now it doesn't. Doug is great on the show. I hope the writers take weeds back to what it originally was soon but like you said there is not much entertaining shows out so. it's better than most. I can't believe the dumbasses who said this season sucked. Fucking morons. This season is great. These last 2 episodes have been action packed. Quin's friend is going to probably get killed by dexter some how. Yeah the nanny might have something to hide. Tonight's episode will be a nail bitter for sure. I like how the story is unfolding.

Damn dexter kicked ass last night. That episode was the most action packed of the season. It had me on the edge of my seat. Looks like julia stiles character is going to be dexters student. Great story. Best show ever.

Both shows are getting much better - but just happens to be when the seasons are winding down.
