For me.... Adam Sandler !!

I can not stand this guy. This dumbass has to be the stupiest mofo to make movies.

His movies are not funny... i do not think he have make anything that was half decent.

With the exception of Mike Myers, all those SNL guys from the early 90's (Adam Sandler, David Spade, Rob Schneider) are just the absolute worst. Sandler's movies are beyond garbage ("The Waterboy", "Little Nicky", "I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry") -  Thank God TBS isn't included in my current cable package!

Honurable mentions go to Nicholas Cage, John Travolta and Tobey Maguire.

Nicholas Coppola (Nicholas Cage).  The only reason he's in Hollywood is that his uncle is a Hollywood God:  Francis Ford Coppola.  Cage's only good role was in Raising Arizona where he plays himself (a moron).

Special consideration goes to that robot known as Canoe Reeves.

Let's not forget the ever expanding list of rappers turned actors who can barely rap let alone act (Ludacris, DMX, Method Man). I'll give Eminem and 50 Cent a pass because, much to my surprise, they weren't actually all that bad in their movies.

David Carrusso is a good call. I mean is he supposed to be acting tough or does he really think he is tough and smooth? Because he is neither. He is pretty much the red headed stepchild of acting.
 
Another vote goes to Paul Rudd. Ugh, the fact that women find his personaly cute in this lame ass ro-com movies does it for me right there. They consider him like one of the girls. The man is a total box and his characters all play this to perfection.
