True they not as good as the earlier stuff but still worth buying and caught their last 2 tours myself and on the Van Halen topic have not heard this yet will tonight.

yeah i heard that crap the other day. i wonder how they get the balls to release a pile of shit like that. i mean they can hear it, they must know just how bad it is when theyre doing it. i guess they figure if they play it endlessly on the radio that sometime it will get stuck in peoples heads and suck just a little less. van halen hasnt been cool in 25 years but they just wont quit

GL seeing VH...........good chance they'll either break up, get jailed, or thrown into rehab before they ever reach the NW.

But if you want to see a real show, "The Wall" is coming back to Seattle in May.

Iron Maiden has not put out a good album in a long time....and I really like Iron Maiden. That last album pretty much sucked. El Dorado was ok. Still, they are one of the few bands that can put out shitty albums and i would still go see me live.

Well I like Brave New World and Matter of life and Death then I also listen to Bruce's solo stuff alot along with Rob Halfords solo recordings.

Saw them the last tour with Roth.It was pretty good and Eddie still was awesome on the guitar.

This album kicks ass. Eddie is playing like he did 30 years ago. Everyone was so quick to rush to judgement based on one tune that was obviously made for radio. The rest of the album is kickass rock n roll.

Have zero interest in seeing VH live even though I loved their early albums growing up as a kid and never saw them live. They just don't do much for me as a band anymore. Would rather just listen to their old albums once in a great while.

I've only heard part of that new song Tattoo and you can tell it's VH right away from the guitar. Unfortunately on that song, it's more the VH after 1984 album sound than their early days sound.

I agree. Powerslave was their last great album. 7th Son and Somewhere were solid, everything after that mostly misses.

Still bring it live though, which has always been their forte.
