Hard to get my head around how a band could release this album as their debut-

Produced by Brian Eno this debut had a lot of hits. The remake of Jaggar/Richards Satisfaction was well, like Simon Cowell says they made it their own. This was a stepping stone to a lot of the synthized music in the 80's.

Jimmag....Jean Michel Jarre ( A Frenchman ) is credited with inventing electronic music. Oxygene came out in 1976. Remember buying the album when I was a kid

its a crying shame that nobody has mentioned Arcade Fire's 'Funeral'.
