Van Halen- first exposure to Eddie Van Halen's amazing guitar work. WOW!

The Ramones- 2 minute long songs of nothing but insanity

The Clash- The begining of a fond love

Sex Pistols- God save the Queen

GNR- Sweet Child blasting in the streets of Newport Beach

Alanis Morissette- a lady at work played this non stop for one month straight 

X- great poetry delivered with a punk rock assult

Jimmag, Alanis would have made my list for sure. But she was like a teeny-booper kid that released 2 albums. Read on wiki, that it was just in Canada though...so you're safe, haha

First time I heard You Oughta Know  ,figured she would be a star. Raw emotion in that tune. The whole album was great
