I think Gaga would be like banging a person and Lewis would be more passionate so it depends how I was feeling at the time. If I was just plain horny for a quick lay... Gaga. But if I wanted a nice long evening/weekend of great sex... Lewis.
I guess I'd say Lewis because with Gaga I'd have to keep telling her to STFU if she tried to talk to me. Also... the fear of disease with Gaga would make me nervous.
I think Gaga most likely would have the better body but I'm thinking Lewis has the better looking lovebox since she appears to be normal compared to the person like attitude that Gaga seems to have.
As an old school comparison I'd say it would be like choosing between Donna Summers and Madonna.
