Im a season ticket holder in the Allison Terrace right above the start/ finish line. Not really a bad seat in the house unless you are on the first 8 or 10 rows.

He looked better for sure VD.

Never recovered from the 4 tire stop....Kind of reminds me of Gordon and Stevies old problems when he couldn't do anything in dirty air.

You are right Clean air was the ticket but Jimmy didn't seem to have much trouble getting right up through the field. Once the 88 got 10-16th he stayed there and couldn't do anything.

That was a great finish. The two best drivers in cup going at it was awesome.

Never sat over there.

I did see Earnhardt race there a couple times but didn't become season ticket holder until 2002.

Watched Earnhardt punt Labonte on the big screen at home...That was sweet he he....

I did see alot of Gordon and Rusty battles up close and in person and did see a couple Rusty and Mark battles as well.

Best trip ever was when my boy swept the Busch and the Cup night races.

 

kouz....I'll shoot you straight. Racing at Bristol is not nearly as good as it used to be.

I've seen some good stuff there. Remember Kyle and Horsehead duking it out? I was there for that one. Also remember when Burton took off his gloves and threw them at Jr..Its on alot of the highlight reels. I saw that as well. I also was there when Robbie chunked his helmet at Waltrip I believe it was. 

Point is Bristol isn't nearly as feisty as it once was but is still a great venue.

 

 

I'll never forget the Labonte punt, rusty bouncing that water bottle off earnhardt's honker & gordon politely moving my boy rusty in turn 4 on the last lap. But when those boys left the track they were still cool with each other & friends, not the same these days!

Come to think of it Robbie and Mikey didn't scuffle there it was not Bristol...New Hampsire or Martinsville maybe?

Matt and Jeff scuffled at Bristol as well.

 

I remember the time when Gordon pulled the bump and run on Rusty for the 2nd time.....Rusty came on the radio and said "That Son of a bitch done it again!"
