No way will any car from MWR make the chase. 2 cars
I stayed away from the shootout as I never recovered from the bath I took last year in the shootout and the 500.
As for the racing.....They've got it all effed up! You can't expect the drivers to only be able to draft from the right rear side.We are going to see either a crash fest at Daytona or If Im Pop Hendricks I take all my cars and send them to the very back and tell them to stay together until 50 to go. Hopefully its better than what I think it'll be cause the last thing I want to see is a wreckfest!

Me too Clep!!!!! Sucks but my boss decided he wanted to do some Pepsi resets at a couple of y major businesses this Thursday. He knows I am a huge Nascar fan so he probably scheduled them to be an a

I stayed away last night as well. I wanted to see how things shook out and i am glad I did. That was a fun race to see the pack back but man, the 500 is going to be a wreckfest unless the drivers show patience. There were a ton of great cars taken out because of drivers being impatient.
Fox asks how can Nascar fix the problem? DW said it best, it rests in the drivers hands. These guys are the best in the world and they still don't realize you can't touch the left side of the bumper? Yeah, I a bitter. My boy had an awesome car last night and Marcos decided to wreck a bunch of stout cars.
I liked what I a saw when they raced, 43 cars are going to be fun to watch but there needs to be patience. Hell, as of right now I would hang out in the back like the PRS cars did last night and race with 20 to go.

Kurt is not in better equipment than Bowyer other than maybe at plate races. 18 full time employees will not get it done. And Junior, come on. No offense to Junior but he hasn't done shot in HMS equipment while Clint is winning and making the chase. Right there your argument is flawed.

Richmond, Phoenix, Loudon, Chicago, Cali, Dega those are all tracks Clint has excelled at. I agree, 2 wins and you are in Stats and Clint in MWR equipment will be fine. Plus they are talking about how MWR and JGR are working close together with TRD.

I think Danica will be fine in Nationwide but not in Cup this year. No way she can compete with the boys out there. They will leave her out to drive at ALL times

A couple of things from some of these threads.
1. Kurt B. isn't going chasin'. That team doesn't quite have the resources to pull it off and you can tell from his body language in interviews that he is quite aware of that.
2. Danica's only chance at a top 15 is a couple of big ones. They will more likely than not happen with her involved. After that shootout, no one will want her anyway near there machine.
3.The lack of driver communication will be the reason for the crashes. Theres going to be quite a few and boys the dogs should be the value on matchups as this thing will be nearly impossible to cap. My guess is that guys will stay in teammate packs early and stay there through out the near entirety of the race. We might end up dissapointed with the quality of racing.

He may win a couple races but he won't make the chase VD.
It won't take long for him to implode with this team.
Just my opinion on it.
