 No doubt about it.In a sprint car the driver sits over the rear axle so he had to both see what happened and also feel the r/r tire as it spit that poor kid out. I'm sure that that will stay with him for the rest of his life.

Driver who was behind Stewart just said on ESPN that Ward was too close and it was obvious to him that Tony veered left to miss him.

Yeah, I'm sure that's why his engine revved too...you believe everything the national media tells you Maceo?

This is only SPECULATION on my part but from the interview I read with Ward's father it sounds like Tony has said he never saw Kevin and if that's what Tony said it is impossible to prove if that is the truth!!!! Either way Tony will b writing a seven figure check!!!!!

   If he sticks with that bs. story he'll be crushed by the media. Every driver that passed Kevin saw him, but Tony didn't? Considering the charges; that is probably what his handlers/lawyers persuaded him to say to stay out of jail. Some people may be gullible enough to believe it, I for one am not.

The truth will come out. I am not speculating and will wait to see the final evidence. Did anyone hear the Yeley interview on Nascar radio? Interesting

I was just stating what I saw. It wasn't a "witness" it was Cory Sparks and he was on ESPN telling what he saw happened.
