Hey guys. Been capping for 5 years now... Just started posting on here to test my luck. Everyday is a new day, let's win big today with a full card on the lineup.
Toronto Raptors -1.5 @ Washington Wizards
The raptors are looking to capitalize off a good road win against a veteran nets team who are better than their record suggests... The raptors are actually a better team without Demarre Carroll as proven by what they accomplished last year. The Wizards are coming off a dissappointing loss against the cavs team where they kept coming back only to be disappointed at the end. If it weren't for two John wall 3 pointers at the end the final score would've been a 12 point beatdown. They also played each other late last month which wasn't too long ago in a game where the raptors were struggling to find a rhythm but look for Kyle Lowry and demar derozan to get a big lead early and coast the rest of the game.
Orlando Magic ML (-4) @ Brooklyn Nets
The magic have been horrendous lately. Their defense looks lost and their offense seems out of sync, having said that, the magic have already played Brooklyn twice at home and on the road and beat them twice. They magic are younger faster and a lot of their players actually came from Brooklyn. Which means they will be ready to show out in front of their friends and family coming to see them. I don't trust them to win by 4 that's why I'm suggesting the ML
More picks soon...

Always bet a team when everyone else gives up on them... The Pelicans let you down against the Mavs huh? You're probably thinking they have to be a really bad team to lose to the Mavs without their starters. Let's give credit to Rick Carlisle for coaching the Mavs to a tough road game against the under achieving Pelicans. The pacers don't have a good matchup here as Anthony Davis can definitely dominate Ian mahimi all night. Look for a close game here but I think the Pelicans cover this if not win outright.
Milwaukee +1 vs Dallas Mavericks
So if anybody remembers the last time they played the bucks were actually winning until the end when the refs took over. The bucks are an inconsistent but a young and talented team with length and size to matchup with anybody in the league. i think the bucks will blow out the Mavs today. My boldest prediction of the day.
Minnesota Timberwolves +10 vs Cleveland Cavaliers
does anybody really trust Cleveland to be 10 point favorites on the road? Not sure about this game because the wolves are pretty bad to be honest but I know Kyrie is still not 100% back and they also have games against the mav's, spur's and rockets on the back end of this 6 game road trip. I think this game and the next against the 76ers are going to be like scrimmages for them, no motivation to play hard here...

Memphis is probably the most disappointing team this year especially with the memory of the magic they came up with last year. I think the nuggets will be pounding the 3 pt line all game and Memphis won't be able to stop them. They (Memphis) can't score like they used to. They're also due for a home loss having won their last 4 at home. Look for Memphis to disappoint again...
New York +14.5 @ San Antonio
San Antonio Is a monster at home. They have been destroying opponents by 20, 30, crazy margins. But what makes u think they can do that to a New York Team that has put out their best efforts in the last 5-10 years. The Knicks have been playing well, very well actually. I think they will keep this one close, I give them a 0% chance of winning but they can run with the Spurs especially with players coming off rest that have to get back in sync

Actually I'm not changing the raptors pick. Sorry if that messed anyone up.
To go back and forth so much, right before game time show's you are not following any strategic mathematical formula's. Not good! If you want to "cap" games, you need to be looking at matchups, and determining what YOU believe the line should be at. When you start seeing that it's near where Vegas has it, you are doing something right. But Vegas isn't always right and #1 goal is to just get money 50/50, not about which team is hot.

Phoenix at home. They have looked like the worst team in the world and an energetic young team post Bledsoe injury. I think Miami struggles tonight.
Portland +9.5 vs golden state warriors
Portland is such a sporadic team yet they have hung with the big boys even without lillard and McCollum at times. I like their chances tonight in Portland. Hostile territory, full lineup. I think they run with the Warriors tonight, like the over too...
OKC Thunder -15 @ Los Angeles Lakers.
This is a no brainer. After Vegas takes so much they have to give you something ;).

Anyways I'm adding the last 3 games of the day:

Money changed twice last 20 minutes which made me flip flop but I hope you guys ended up on the right side with me
Magic ML (-4) win
Magic came back to cover, glad they got out of that slump
Pelicans +2 loss
This was looking good for a bit then Anthony Davis left the game, not much you can do to cap something like that...
Bucks +1 win
They were actually blowing them out until the end when the Mavs made it a game. Good job for hanging on!
Twolves +10
The wolves suck, glad I stayed out of this one,
Nuggets +6 push
Nuggets made it a game. Played Memphis tough. If you got it at +6 you pushed if you got it at +5.5 I'm sorry you lost by the hook.
New York Knicks +14.5 win
They ran with them all game. For a second it looked like San Antonio was going to break out. But the young Knicks kept the energy alive.
Phoenix +5 Loss
Welp they kept it close until the end when Miami was just too much, not mad about this as they played hard and kept it respectable.
Portland +9.5 Loss
Warriors are an amazing team that travel well. Portland got off to a bad start which screwed them all game, Warriors kept their chokehold all game and never let go.
Thunder -14.5 Loss
Vegas gave the money back in the Phoenix and Portland game, destroyed all parlays with this no cover by the thunder and paid the 14% who were on the lakers side.
Today's record
4-4-1
See you guys tomorrow!
