This is old news. Sterling has been like this for years. TMZ and ESPN, as usual, trying to make a big deal out of this.

If the original nine-minute tape acquired by TMZ left any questions about Sterling's opinions regarding minorities, the audio here should remove all doubt that he's a doddering racist with views not too far removed from the plantation.

This is a very strange case.

He sees that there are racial divides all over the world and he is just living with it. She even has to prod him to take a stand with him saying he doesn't believe he can do anything about it. In the whole conversation he never denigrates or uses any racial slur. He just doesn't want her seen associating with men of minorities (don't we all not want our GF's hanging with them too in our business dealings ) which is clearly conflicting with the fact that the has earned the NAACP Life Time Achievement Award

He doesn't realize he can make a difference, on the other hand at 80 eighty he doesn't want too.
