Raptors?? They&#x27;re 7-13 in their last 20 games with ONE quality win over a team above .500 (Hawks way back on 2/20/15). Team is playing awful basketball right now and now face a team with a MVP candidate (Harden) who is #3 in the league in defensive efficiency. Even though Howard is out tonight, he wasn&#x27;t a significant contributor in their win yesterday only playing 19 minutes, but with Lowry out, Rockets are the pick at &#x2B;2.
