Now, who disagrees with my claim that Ato is a horrible coach? Did you guys here the last play? The dude just rand the same play. His players werent listening to him.

Not sure if this is a problem with the players or the coach, but damn Ato is horrible

Alaska

Alaska import DJ Covington listed at six feet and nine inches, but Covington turned out to be just 6’5” ¾ under the PBA official measurement.

But with him is his reputation as a rebounder and a defender making him a two-time Big South Defensive Player of the Year in the US NCAA.

In his senior year with the Keydets, Covington averaged a team-high 20.1 points on an efficient 59 percent shooting from the field on top of 106 blocks to finish his stint with a career total of 272 rejections – a Virginia Military Institute record.

  1. IMPORT WATCH: AL THORNTON

At 6’8, NBA journeyman Al Thornton has the size to match-up with most local big men, but his skill-set also makes him a legit threat on the wings. In six NBA seasons (playing for three clubs), Thornton has averaged around 12 points and 4 rebounds a game. He shot better than 45% from the field, 29% from beyond the arc, and around 75% from the line. These numbers mean Thornton was a quality NBA talent, and if the 31-year old can bring some of his old fire to NLEX, then the Road Warriors may just gatecrash the playoff party once again.

NBA career stats: 11.9ppg, 4.2rpg, 1.2apg, 45.2 FG%, 29.3 3pt%, 74.7 FT%.

Leaning towards Alaska ML and NLEX+4.5. Thornton+Taulava might be a bit too much for Almazan/Belga/Quinahan/Cruz
