which one is the better big money....knicks or utah?
If you're asking which one is a better bet, I think I'm leaning the Jazz. Sacramento still has potent players who can score on the Knicks in Udrih, Cousins, Garcia Thompson and Casspi. Cleveland do not have anyone who can score outside Jamison/Williams/Harris. Not to mention the Jazz plays better defense at home.

Anyway, I run the numbers on the Clippers@Warriors and loved the play even more.
I thought about that after seeing those teams who won against the Lakers go off to win their next game. Here're your stats:
10/26/10 - Boston won against the Heat and cover (under) goes to lose the second game of the back to back to lowly Cleveland. (didn't cover and went under)
11/05/10 - New Orleans won and cover (under) and went on to win the second game of the back to back to Milwaukee. (cover and over)
11/09/10 - Utah won and cover (over). Went on to win the second game of the back to back to Orlando. (cover and over)
11/11/10 - Boston won and cover (over). Went on to win the next game (1 day rest) to Memphis. (cover and over)
11/20/10 - Memphis won and cover (under). Went on to win the next game (3 day rest) to Detroit. (cover and under)
11/22/10 - Indiana won and cover (under). Went on to win the next game (0 day rest) to Cleveland. (cover and under)
11/24/10 - Orlando won and cover (over). Went on to win the next game (1 day rest) to Cleveland. (cover and over)
11/27/10 - Dallas won and cover (over). Went on to win the next game (1 day rest) to Houston. (cover and under)
12/20/10 - Dallas won and cover (over). Went on to win the next game (0 day rest) to Orlando. (cover and over)
That's an 8-1 SU/ATS and 5-4 O/U on the next game of those teams who beat Miami.

CMM i like your write ups...read them every day. I totally agree with you on the Pistons. they love to battle the whole first half just to blow it in the 3rd. Toronto at home laying 4.5 to these lowly pistons who are not even playing Rip....i love it. the other one i saw and like was the knicks vs the Queens -9. Sac town seems easily the worst team in the league. Was looking at the o/u but it is nearly 220. i know the knicks can't play a lick of D but can sac contribute to the total...thanks again CMM BOL

Any reason why you put the Celts as POD? I'm liking the Clippers next to them btw.
Because Boston hasn't covered a lot of games especially when the spread is set at -8/9. And also, i take into consideration of how well the cats are playing. Main reason though, is this; cats covered and won straight up the last four. i dont think that theyll be able to pull off a fifth one against the celts even with the injuries in boston. BOL to you CMM.

Just wanted to add that the clippers are 6-0 ATS after coming off a win against a team with a win percentage of .500 or better. Although their 3-11 road record and the fact that they just beat golden state at home by 14 the other night make the play less attractive. They do play the spread well on the road but these points arent to high. Also note that the warriors beat them earlier in the year by 18 at home already. I guess you can argue both sides but this probably wouldnt be my Game of the Day. good luck though.

Charlotte has lost 14 of its last 17 games vs. winning teams, and has dropped five in a row to the Celtics, with the last four coming by 31, 24, 18 and 33 points.
