Had a solid win yesterday with the Bulls easily pulling away in the 2nd half against the Timberwolves to hit my 3X normal play. I absolutely loved the Bulls last night and they certainly did not disappoint. Let's keep the money train rolling guys!
Tonight's play will be a normal sized play, only because it will be a 1Q play and I don't like to press too much action on just 12 minutes of basketball. However, the best part about 1Q plays is that once you hit them, you don't even need to worry about the rest of the game - what's better than winning money and spending less time doing so.
The play tonight is GSW 1Q -4. There has been a lot of turmoil surrounding GSW as of late, but in their last 8 games, they are a solid 6-2 SU and ATS in 1Qs, basically running up a huge lead in the first twelve minutes of games (and then sometimes blowing those leads to lose the game). Their only two losses ATS in the 1Q in this stretch was against the Spurs (twice). GSW seems to come out very focused, and then they tend to lose focus as the game goes on. I think they will be very focused tonight to start the game as they can lock up a playoff spot with a win tonight.
Additionally, the other reason I like GSW tonight is because DEN has been abysmal in back to back situations. My research indicates they are an abysmal 3-9 ATS in full game situations, and I think that drops down to 1-11 ATS in 1Q of games where they are B2B. I think given their run and gun victory last night vs HOU and the lack of healthy players on DEN, I look for GSW to come out and blow out the Nuggets, at least in the 1Q.
Play on GSW 1Q -4, take it to the bank.

Solid reasoning. how well does golden state shoot coming off a long rest? its been 3 days since their last game.
It's hit and miss, Gene, with this group of chuckers. However, one of their worst losses this year was to Denver at home after a long layoff. So I'm sure they won't wanna repeat that performance. 4 seems like a lot of points, though, so I'm staying away. There are so many good games/plays coming up in the next few days, why bother with this one?

Good question - not exactly sure - I think they are 3-3 ATS after 3 days of rest. I don't think the layoff affects them tonight though as they are playing a Nuggets team that practically plays no defense. I think Curry and Thompson will have a field day with these guys from tip off. Also like GSW to play good defense (especially with Bogut back and Lee sitting).

The Warriors are 37-40 YTD 1Q ATS and got to pad those 1Q stats while at home facing the Kings and Jazz who shot 3/14 and 8/21. Of those 8 games, they were home for 6 of them.
What juice are you playing 1Q -4 at? -120?

Yup. They are also home for tonights game and have a Denver team coming off a B2B. I was able to get the line early at -110. Looks like -115 now on my book.
