I love terrible teams but the Suns are courting a team that is worse than the Sixers. And the Sixers have had three 10 game losing streaks this year while the REST OF THE LEAGUE has had two!
That is scary.
Suns are Tulane Green Wave bad and when you get THAT bad, almost no amount of points justifies taking them. That's the problem with these big spreads. The books simply won't go over +17 and 17 with these teams becomes meaningless when they are down 20 at halftime.

points to Charlotte now, look for this team to have the motivation to
step up here against Miami. Note, this team lost by 8 to the Heat back
in January and will have revenge as well coming into this game. With
Miami coming off two huge double-digit wins here, this is a let down
spot for this team a bit. We like Phoenix to hang tough and likely lose
by 8 to 10 points today."

It does not apply to Suns road games. It applied to them when they were at home. Suns have lost how many consecutive road games by double digits now? Everyone of their last 14-15 road games have been a blowout.
