Good start last night, 2-0 ATS, only loss was the parlay. Hoping to get a little more $$ tonight before the NFL game tmrw night. I feel like I'm starting to finally turn the corner in the NBA and get a better feel for some teams, and for that reason I'm upping my plays to 2 units each for tonight. Hopefully it doesn't back fire on me. BOL and as always picks are below:
$1000 Cleveland Cavaliers +8.5
Pacers aren't good enough offensively to be laying 8 points IMO. Cavs dont have many wins but that's partly because Irving has been out and they are young in some positions. For the most part though the Cavs have been competitive in many games, and I think they will be able to hang around with this Pacers team. The Pacers have only had one win this year by more than 8 points, so I'll take my chances with the Cavs. Cavs win 95-92.
$1000 Golden St. Warriors +8.5
The Warriors are playing good ball right now,and I'll continue to back them as road underdogs because they have proven they can beat good teams on the road this year. They will want to make a statement tonight and the Heat will most likely not be giving it their best effort against an unfamiliar team. The Heat also are not playing defense at a high level, and against a very good shooting team in the Warriors I like my chances. Grab the points. Heat win 105-100.
