LAC have been losing lately but they've been playing some pretty good teams and HOU isn't a pretty good team.

So to avoid the hassle of getting caught up in the TNT hoopla on Thursday Night

Since New Year's, the Rockets have played three home games which followed a road game the night before.  They went 1-2 SU & 0-3 ATS in those home games, with the only win being a life and death double overtime struggle with the fearsome Timberwolves. 

Maybe the Clips have a shot.

I'm really not going to worry about LAC's weak ATS because this should become a strength in disquise for them.If you know what i mean.

Be careful, KingScorpio.  I watch a lot of Clipper games (because their announcers are completely entertaining), and it never fails to amaze me how this disorganized team can fall apart at the drop of a hat.  In fact, I had the Clippers when they last visited Houston back on December 22nd.  I had +8.5.  The Clippers were covering the spread throughout the 4th quarter, but in the end, they missed their final six shots of the game and lost, 108-99.  You know what?  They really fuckin' SUCK.

 

Good God - the Clippers on the road since January 27th......how about 1-14 SU & 3-11-1 ATS with eleven double digit defeats? 

There simply is no spot where you can trust these dopes when they're on the road.  They just don't care.

I'm going with the MISMATCH OF ENERGY angle more than anything.

Every other game, they tank, so want draft picks.

clippers have a chance. hopefully kaman can come up with another big game. leaning clips also.....hate wagering on them though...

The Rockets will also be without the services of C.Landry (27pts in Dec.22 meeting) and S.Battier for this 3rd and final meeting.

If you're wagering on the Clips, you're better off saving your money for another day. 

One other thing to keep in mind is that of Houston's remaining 12 games (5.5 back of the 8th spot) it get no easier than the Wizards,  Kings and the Clipshow.

The Rockets are deluding themselves if they think they have any shot at the playoffs.  The Rockets have no defensive players right now.  If the Clippers were a REMOTELY decent team, I'd definitely take them and the over.  As it stands, I'm hands off this game.
