This Warriors team has turned up when it’s supposed to. I’ve watched film, looked at some numbers, and have come to the conclusion that this Grizzlies team is not a playoff caliber team. A play-in team YES. But a playoff team NO. The Grizzlies took care of business against the Spurs but let’s not forget. The Spurs have been an up and down team all season, we’re missing their third leading scorer Derrick White, and really don’t have anyone other than Derozan to give them that spark they need. In fact if you look a little closer. After dominating the 1st quarter the Grizzlies had a mental lapse in the 2nd and 3rd quarters allowing the Spurs right back in the game and were lucky enough to come away with the victory by 4 points. The Warriors come off a game against the healthy roster of the defending champs in a game that went right down to the wire, and it took a late dagger by Lebron to seal the deal after a brilliant defensive performance by both teams. Make no mistake about it this Warriors team is for real and deserves the right to be in the playoffs. A few games back in the regular season the Warriors were 4.5 point underdogs to the Phoenix Suns at home in a game they won outright by 6 points. The biggest guy in the Warriors starting lineup might stand at 6’9 which is Kevin Looney btw is by no means a small guy and has a wingspan of 7’4. Valancuinas holds a two inch advantage in both those departments but I wouldn’t say it’s over significant. My assumption is that JJJ will see plenty of Green tonight. From a size standpoint this looks like a mismatch but I personally don’t see it that way. Draymond is an elite defender in this league and literally has the Warriors on his back defensively. JJJ is still going through some learning curves and Green should give him fits tonight if matched up against him. The Grizzlies might lead the league in turnovers, deflections, blah blah. But if you watched the Warriors/Lakers game the other night you might think the Warriors looked better in that department and they really did. The footwork and rotations on defense, blocks, deflections of the Warriors against the Lakers shows how mentally prepared they are. Draymond played superb defense on Davis. Schroder, James, and Davis shot a combined 20 of 55 from the field. The Warriors had 20 turnovers against the Lakers leading to 29 points. However the majority of those turnovers weren’t forced. I expect the Warriors to be much more careful with the ball tonight at home. This Warriors team went toe to toe in nearly every statistical category you can name against the Lakers aside from those turnovers. They play they have 7 footers in the paint and that’s the only department I think the Grizzlies can take advantage of. Tonight the road Warriors meet the real Warriors in a game I don’t think will be all that close. I have a couple concerns in this game and that’s the Grizzlies size and depth. Dillon. I’m not sure who the Warriors will have defend Brooks but Bazemore could be a bit too small. Brooks went on an 8-0 run himself in the 4th qtr of their last matchup then later fouled out near the 6 minute mark after defending Curry fairly well throughout the night. There’s no stopping Curry but he will be tasked with slowing him down and not fouling out should be a priority here while at the same time staying in Currys face all night. Anderson who didn’t get as many touches last game concerns me as well at 6’9 along with Jackson even though I like Green to smother him.
I’m leaning GS ML plus the Under

Wow let’s see if JayBucko teases you about your chalky ML bet .....
lol. I could care less. It’s a 2 team parlay I’m leaning towards so it won’t be chalky at all. Just gotta hit them both. Besides what’s wrong with anyone risking $200 to make $100? I’ve seen worse.

Cant resist name dropping me can you? There’s a difference in playing the ML in one game versus every game like you do. Slap always plays the spread. Stop letting me live rent free Moneyline Todd.

@Superslapem.....I totally agree with you here and I do see a slim margin of victory for the Golden State Warriors.....I really don't know if they will cover the number tonight but there is a good chance that they will. I have a play on Memphis tonight but I am waiting on that. I think Golden State ML is a safe play. I may even play Memphis Grizzlies plus the points and Golden State Warriors ML (2 separate wagers). Right now it's a waiting game.....
Stay RED HOT my friend !!!

How are you 9-1? Are you counting your parlays as individual bets? You were on a Wizards under until we told you to switch the bet...
Let me correct you. You missed something. I was on the Under until I made a thread and asked the forum for their opinions, and then took the advice of many. That’s the way it went down.

I placed my bet later in the day. I can’t wager online. I changed my mind. Big deal. I rarely change my mind. I was also posting my plays in “DoubleSS” thread since I was ban for a while. Some people know that but apparently you may not. I’ve hit several parlays since the last day of the season. Several 2 teamers, a 3 teamer, and one 4 teamer and some single plays. I’m not even keeping record anymore. It’s all documented hear though. The last day of the season wasn’t very long ago. You should be able to find it if you’re that concerned. Anyway I’m gonna keep firing while I’m hot til the bookie can stop me. GL.

Bro you’re a Top 5 Fade on covers. Stop. You couldn’t read a simple post correctly. You and ihatecoldweather. Not sure how you guys confuse the Warriors 9-1 ATS with my overall record. I clearly haven’t bet 10 games all season

Wait a minute. Didn’t you have the Pacers? I had Washington yesterday so you must have lost on yesterday’s fade no? I also changed my play to the Over.
