$50,000 on the Lakers +9.5 according to a buddy of mine that works in the Sports Book.

I guess he is not a fan of the Clippers or he must know something??

Either way take it for what it's worth guys.....Peace

Is that a lot of $$ for an NBA game on opening night? Plus, it's been 20 minutes and the line hasn't budged. Doesn't most big, sharp plays move the line?

This guy has given us some great plays that have hit.
I live in Vegas as well so what gets me is how do u throw that much on a basketball game. Last year I tried to throw $500 on a college game over and they told me it was too much.

Guys that have been betting with a casino for a long time and/or have unlimited credit with a Casino or are known big players usually bring the Casino a ton of money from other bettors and such.  A casino must get permission from the heiarchy chain within the casino to place a heavy action wager.  But it can be done.  My contact works with the High rollers and goes to work almost everyday wearing a suit and tie.  He must maintain a certain weight and look and always smell nice and is not allowed to smoke and must always be a kiss behind when he works.  On his down time he let's me in on the heavy action that is going on. 

I share this info with you guys.  And FYI I have never really heard of a Casino not taking a $500 bet.  Thats just absurd

That makes sense. I'm was actually happy that they didn't let me put that bet in cause it lost.
