HOW DOES VEGAS DO IT?

Always wanted to know how or what systems they use to come up with spreads. In the NBA especially they have just been so spot on.

Curious to see for example they adjust lines for injured players and on second half bets. They should do a documentry.

its really not that spot on... all the totals were way off today... coincidentally the spreads have been close just today... but they're usually not... underdogs get double digit points all the time and win straight up... teams get blown out all the time

so curious pistons just lost by 1, and they had line in +1,5 pistons, mmmmmmmmmm all is fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!! xD

if it were common sense everyone here would win money.. 

Just look at the New Orleans and Indiana game. NO down by 11 with 20 seconds left. NO made a layup and the game was over. What was that meaningless layup for? It wasn't something to help them comeback and win the game. But, it covers the spread by 1. When there is money involved, a lot of shady things will occur.

and the refs gave det an extra second for the last second 3!!

Hell, every bloody sports is fixed. But, why do we still bet? For example, going to casinos. Your chances of winning are not that great. If so, they would go out of business. Some bet, or gamble, for the fun, the money, or the adrenaline rush.

its not hard look up all the avgs combine them together , determine whos playing or not, add hca plus reffing assignments in the nba and u get a line

It's not nearly as hard as you think it is, just takes experience.  I regularly set lines that land closer to the final result.

Bet with them. Not against them. Guarantee you'll be on the winning end by the end of the season.

I agree, sometimes they can be on , but I think the teams are all in on it, like the Heat... the suck when it comes to teams that they should just man handle, if anyone on the Heat put hella money on the Kings they would have came up tonight big. I would do it also if i were in the position to win on the both sides!!!  Welcome to america

Imo, if any team can win on any day, I think every game should be a pickem if its really like that.

This is why i only do totals and not spreads. Vegas is corrupt.
