FML. I losted 41k today live betting the raptors and warriors and griz. I'm such a degenerate I don't even know how it happened. I'm still up 29k on the season and feel like quitting now which is probably the smart thing to do, but I already know that I'll be back at it tomorrow until the season ends or the account is emptied. So go ahead laugh and call me an idiot, come in here and boast about your winning for the day. I'm only posting this because I need an outlet for my mental sanity and as no one knows the extent of my degenerate gambling in real life this is my only outlet.

Bet365. They have a win by 6 or more option there which I lost at the buzzer on a detroit put back. I think part of the problem was I had 64k in the account staring at me and I had won 8k yesterday betting the same reckless way

I here you bro...i quite for a few days and i think im done for good...lost lots of dough in my time...won lots also...but its not coming in like it use to...cant afford to keep paying the books...im in the red for 14 large and ut hurts to have to break that off.. lots of bad breaks and bad plays...

Man, me too. 45k in 2days. Hoping that tomorrow would be a good one. I'm picking lakers ml and Orlando ml just for 65$. Or 3000PHP. Still waiting for the line of lakers.

Damn I thought I had it bad. Lost a 6 teamer by 1 play when I should've just played the 5, being greedy. Gave back my morning college winnings to the spurs and the retarded 40 PT 4th by Kings. Still up change for the day though. Let's get it back tomorrow guys

It might be tough in the beginning but if you put your mind to it you can quit.It takes time to find a replacement for the time you spent gambling.The mind is powerful and it can be done if you are truly serious about changing your lifestyle.Its been proven and I'm not going to get into here but a person can actually rewire their own mind all you have to do is quit and in a natural way over time the strong urge will slowly weaken .

we all have had horrible and up days my amigo, someone out there def has lost more as well. stay optimistic and try to keeps things in perspective to avoid any impulsive bets or chasing

Won 6.5k.. only 1 nba game was Sixers. Rest was college... was a huge dog day... don't worry bud take it a day at a time

I start small...$500 bank roll ...its up to 1300 in one month...but I'm betting 50-150 avg per game...I Cash out after I make a grand and reuse the $500..but that's just me..

You need to change your way of betting...I used to bet huge on games and the swings and the stress was horrible...YOU MUST bet like its the stock market daily with small bets...think about it winning 100 a day then increase it to 200 a day when your bankroll increases...you have to look at it like a yearly net gross gaining slowly each day...NBA bet ML favorites but only top tier ML teams do you risk 500 to win 100 on golden state but that's a guarantee win against the Suns...then do the same on MLB pick favorite moneyline spreads increase bankroll...your doing this throughout the whole year and can actually enjoy the games since they are small wagers...at the end of the year you should have a good return on investment....online books hate this aproach as they notice your treating their book like an investment and will ban you if you do not deposit at least once a year

It's an addict just like drugs. You will do whatever to get the money and come back even though your account is zero. You are not alone. Money management is very easy said than done. If everyone can do that, we all be rich and Vegas closed their business already. GL

I've been there.  I highly suggest that you take atleast a 2 week break from betting.  You're head won't be clear.  If you want to continue betting, you can, but I would go way, way lower stakes.  

Don't throw good money after bad.  It sounds like you've been successful building a bankroll.  

Just lower your stakes and build it up slowly.  It will take MUCH longer to build back your losses if you continue to increase your stakes and lose.

OK I'm done. Just loss another 15k on Cavs live ml. How do you lose the game up 5 with under 20s to go. Shoulda listen to folks here telling me to take a step back, but as a degenerate like most here i pushed on. But I think i'm done after this shitshow tonight. Can't believe I pissed away 56k in less than a week. Gonna drink myself into a coma tonight. Peace out.

They couldn't grab a defensive rebound multiple times down the stretch. Gave Boston way too many second chances.
