If the Nets can't win by DD against the cavs they have no chance vs the lakers...

They are allergic to playing defense...so many offensive weapons obviously but c'mon guys the cavs are up 2 at halftime??? Figure it out

This is the 2nd game for Harden and the 1st game for Kyrie with Harden & KD together.....No chemistry....That takes months to develop...

This is the NBA, there is rarely any correlation between 2 events. Nets could go out tomorrow and beat any team by 30. Its why I do not get why people don't study matchups instead of other random stats. Cavs slow the game down, pound the paint. Brooklyn not ready for those two things

My Cavs +10 's so sweet, lol. The result is so predictable after Nets traded their most reliable center, Jared Allen meanwhile D.Jordan is washed up now 

We talking about playing defense in a regular season game in January? Meaningless game...So what if the Nets lose...These teams come March will turn it up to get ready for the playoffs and seeding...

its their first game playing together...going to be bumpy spots.  just lucky the line was so extreme i avoided it.

As I've always said NBA teams and players only show up when they feel like it you just never know.

Imagine in the year 2021 that defense wins championships. Defense really helps. But no one is winning a championship unless they have stars who can make big shots late. Brooklyn has and even though they are indeed a shaky defensive team, they really have nothing to worry about.

If refs called game like they did last 8 minutes all game,  Nets probably would have covered. Now that they got the spread covered they can get nets the win.

I told you nerds, bet the house on whoever the Nets play when the big 3 make their debut together... Such an easy pick... This is why they did it against the garbage Cavs instead of the elite Bucks team... They didnt want people to think the Bucks are better than the Nets... I heard some silly number like 91% were on the nets but regardless the nets are still on paper the most talented offensive big 3 ever assembled in nba history and the rest of the league is fked at the end of the day so scripted theatre aka cavs chump the lakers are far from a lock to 3 Pete put down the crack pipe

lol, this is Kyrie's 3rd game against his former team in 3 seasons. 2nd time going back to Cleveland, both losses. would always have an excuse not to play them. now i see why.... 

After losing this bet I realized how awful a bet it was. No chemistry in Brooklyn yet particularly Harden and Irving. The total seemed inflated based on a couple things. The Cavs had around 5 days of rest after 2 postponed games. Sexton returned and the Cavs were also as healthy as they’ve been all season even though they only used 8 men in their rotation that night. Plus the Nets were off a huge win at home verse Milwaukee as double digit favs away from home and Cleveland defense is 3rd while, they have Drummond, 2 big men from Brooklyn who who helped Brooklyn rebound considerably better. I’m not sure where Brooklyn is defensively now and I regretted that play just before the game started.
