NYK on a roll , playing a NJN side playing 3G in 3N
the rivalry , the LIN factor, Melo returning ,
it all points to a NYK win right ?

If NYK lose tonight , then Melo must surely be to blame.
I've had my suspicions about him being a chemistry killer even before he finally left DEN ( and look at the tear they went on after he left, remember the " who needs Melo " chants ? ) ,

something about him i've always disliked.

After he went to NYK last year , when i heard him say words to the effect of :
"i commend myself for the way i handled the whole trade situation"
i almost died laughing.
what a fucking ego

sure , he can ball, but it's also about making the team win & look & feel good in the process.
And everything i've heard from him in interviews this last 2 weeks ,
to me the subtitles read
" this is MY team , and i'm gonna take it back from that fucker Lin"

i can see it in Melo's eyes....
he'd rather score 40+ in a NYK's loss , instead of a win where he gets 8pts , and Lin gets a double double.

this guy is not a real team player and never will be

still, NYK have this chance today to prove it isn't the case.

let's see what Melo is willing to do in order for NYK's to develop a consistent winning culture ?
