Lin plays no "D" just like the rest of the Knicks.  And he get manhandled if you get physical with him.  He just gets blown by every time by who ever is guarding him.  This dude is a product of the media man.  They wanna sell people this rags to riches story, LOL.  And yeah he isn't a rookie..

You fools know nothing about basketball if you think Lin is the reason the Knicks are losing this game. Lins not far off from a triple double! The reason why they are losing is mainly due to Melo being back. D'Antoni basically used this game to see what he's got with all his players back. If he really wanted to win this game, Baron Davis would have gotten 0 minutes. Chandler in early foul trouble, no Schumpert = Jared Jeffries getting Franchise player minutes. With all that said, the Knicks have crawled back to within 8 with 6 minutes to go, giving them a chance to steal this one.

You have to play "Defense" you damn fool.  Lin plays "0" defense.  He lets his guy blow by him every time.  That causes the defense to collapse.  This team ain't no better than they were before, they still don't play defense.

In that offense it's easy to put up meaning less stats.  Why you think Steve Nash put up all those stats.  But how many Championship did he win?  Man it's the SYSTEM.  Dantoni runs a system that let's his point guards put up a lot of stats.  But that's all it ends up being is stats.  Jason Terry said the same thing too.  Just sayin man, it is what it is.

If its all just about the SYSTEM what happened to the other Knick guards before Lin? Was Bibby putting up near triple double? Shrimp avg close to 20 per? System is just that. You still need somebody that can ball read the defense, set the defender up and find open guys while running a system that is as free flowing as Dantoni. And the kid can ball. How many PGs can take a bunch of scrubs for the most part and win 5 in a row? Lin not only has the stat sheets but he also can make the other players on his team better. As a PG thats one of the most overlooked skill. Novak? Jeffries? Gimme a break, these guys playing above their craptastik selves.

Give the kid his due. He isnt just hype, HE BELONGS and he is an above average PG.
