MAGIC UPDATE: It doesn't appear that C Dwight Howard (sore left knee) will play as the Magic expect to rest him to be ready for their next game — Thursday night's meeting against the San Antonio Spurs in Orlando. ... C Marcin Gortat is likely to start in Howard's place against the Warriors. ... The Magic won at Utah on Saturday night without Howard.

Interesting...However it is their 5th road game in a row and they have lost 2 straight to the Warriors...

I wouldnt back GSW against Magic at this point, with or without Howard, 5th on the road or not.

This might be a good game to play GS.  They will have to play to Golden state stregnth (small ball).  Long road trip for Orlando and it is their 2nd game without a major contributor.  (that is sort of an understatement for Howard)
 
Last week Cleveland did okay playing 1 game with out Big Z its the second game on the road is where they struggled.  I will have to look more into the numbers, but at first glace 75% on ORL on a short home dog look very attractive

They might have lost two straight to the warriors, but dont be fooled, this isn't the same warrior team. I get to watch them on a daily basis and they are nothing compared to what they used to be. In last years win, 6 of the 10 guys who played are no longer on the team or are injured. Plus Stephen Jackson is STRUGGLING right now with a hurt shooting hand, and Maggette will be out for a while. CJ Watson will also miss the game because of a death in the family. Its getting so bad in Warrior land with all the injuries and inconsistency of the rookies that Don Nelson started ROB KURZ against the Nuggets last game. With or without Dwight Howard, Orlando is the play IMO.

Jesse07 sorry for the bad info. but just found out that Watson WILL play tonight. Found it from this article in the local paper:

It might not be the kind of call-up DeMarcus Nelson wants, but for one game he'll be back in the NBA.

Warriors coach Don Nelson said Nelson will be called up for next Wednesday's game against the Pacers in Indianapolis.

The reason: C.J. Watson's uncle passed away, and  Watson will be in Las Vegas with family that day.

They split the season series last year with each team winning on each other's home court, and Howard is probably out until Thursday against the Spurs.
