Is Traveling still a violation in the NBA?

Traveling is applied differently to Lebron than to any other player in NBA history... he is literally the worst Traveling violator in the history of the league... by miles and miles!

In his first game for Team USA, he was whistled THREE TIMES in the First Quarter alone for traveling.  When he complained to the referee on the third time, the referee told him that they still follow the rules of basketball here in Europe.  Ouch.
