Threadstarter, those segments he's doing now isnt his best fit IMO, at least Ive heard him alot better IMO. I like him on first take and numbers never lie and a couple weeks ago Ive been watching him on grantland, im addicted to those vids, I havent seen one person say they dont like Jalen on grantland, maybe you should check it out.

are u kidding me simmons is by far and away the most knowledgeable and smartest guy on that set.  cant stand wilbon hes so conservative and boring.  listen to some bs report and get back to  me

Did you graduate high school?  Surely you can't be THAT stupid. So let me get this straight, the reason why Magic is on the show is because of something he announced he was diagnosed with in 1991?    That's 20 years ago. Yeah I can understand he landed a job 22 years after his announcement, since people would still feel sorry for him 22 years later.

Oh and lest we forget that his 20 y/o son came out as happy so again Magic will get additional sympathy votes.  I guess if his daughter comes out next year and announced she is bi and likes it with a strap - on, he will be doing color commentary for the NBA Finals.

Magic and simmons suck. Wilbon and jalen are decent altho wilbon should host. And Inside the nba is absolutely hillarious

Reggie Miller is good to listen to.....

I was thinking the TNT crew should be Ernie, Kenny, Charles and a coach...Maybe Stan Van Gundy or another respected coach that's outta a job,,,,,,Just not Isiah please.

The problem with both shows is bad castings. Shaq is not only atrocius as an analyst, but is oversteping on Chuck´s role as a clown. The ESPN show are a bunch of guys saying the same garbage. 

I like Jalen videos in grantland but I´m not impressed with his analysis and he´s def is out of place as the conductor of the show. 

Magic is not very good, but he is one of the GOAT, so you got to cut him some slack. 

I like Simmons, but Willburn is pathetic... 

I´think a change of Rose and / or Willburn for a coach (if he´s funny and outspoken in the JVG mold even better) will do.

and in TNT I don´t mind a 50/50 split on analysis and jokes. Chuck and Kenny had a good rithmn going, but now is an overdose of sillyness of "birdman, birdman", "shaq you are fat" "I was great" "no, Shaq, you were only big" "look at me" 

Shaq is not only bad (he barely knows what a center should do) but he also kills the others guys game... He should be gone as soon as possible.

Kenny is a superb analyst,Charles is decent (country),Shaq is funny and who's commentary can be better than a top ten player of all time?? No need for a suit and tie,extra educated, perfectly speaking guy on every set.. If they aren't a former player their opinion really/rarely holds any merit.. Hence skip bayless/Stephen a smith... As much trash as they talk, no one ever acknowledges them(which would make their day) because their just journalist

Jalen rose isn't as dumb as his personality/choice of words would lead you to believe.. Jalen is an inner city dude,whom still is in touch with what's current in the African American community..I don't know what you ppl are watching that leads you to say Greg Anthony is "ghetto fabolous".. He articulates very well..these WHITE sports center anchors along with BLACK Stuart Scott are the ghetto ones.. And you can't forget Stephen a smith.. And he is as accomplished as their profession can reach. Your a closet racist for this thread, the way jalen talks is the way this generation speaks,so MOST likely your WHITE kids are going to sound like jalen rose when they "casually" converse..
