0-2 on Sunday in a tough way...took double OT to go over in the early game, then the Sixers lost out by a half click.  Not a good week overall, but with the start of another one hopefully I can make the money back.  Also finally got caught up on the Daily Trends Spreadsheet...which I will be posting from now on since we are a month into the season and there is enough of a sample size.

Will wait until tomorrow to actually make some plays, but strongly leaning towards the Clippers big time as well as San Antonio

Spurs as well.

 

Something about teams "supposedly" playing bad right after a 2OT on the 2nd leg of a b2b isn't really working for the team off the back-to-back.

im gona pound it if mine opens at 10.5, vasquez will get owned, clips outmatch them at all 5 positions, including the bench which is a total mismatch. The only question is, will the clips break out of their horrible shooting slump?

dont you think pop will rest at least duncan and ginobili? he has that attitude of resting his old stars after back to backs or like tiring games such as last nights 2OT.

Johnson is Fade Material. I see him as a typical 53%-56% winner. There will be another bad week coming, possibly historically bad as right now he's off his game. Spurs tonight? Sixers at all?
He's not locked in at all.

New York Knicks vs. Brooklyn Nets OVER 192  (1.1 to win 1)

Finally get the first battle for New York after Hurricane Sandy delayed the first meeting.  Knicks have been lighting it up on the offensive end of the court, shooting crazy numbers from 3.  Nets were able to put up 98 yesterday against the Blazers despite getting only 5-21 shooting out of Williams/Wallace.  Blazers are a better defensive team right now than the Knicks IMO.  Teams on a B2B on Monday have seen a 6-3 O/U advantage...I really see both teams getting up into the high 90's and probably 100's.

Prediction:  Nets 104  Knicks 99

LA Clippers -3  1st Quarter  (1.1 to win 1)

Holding off on the full game bet because I'm not sure I trust the Clippers to maintain a double digit lead the entire game.  Double Digit Favorites have done very well so far this season, which I like, but Clippers coming off a long road trip, so I think they would want to come out fast and then rest some starters with a 14-18 point lead in the 4th quarter.

Prediction:  Clippers 29  Hornets 22
