Went 2-1 last night on my plays, then got home from work and got greedy with the Spurs 2nd half. It happens though, just juiced out overall and now we move on.

I'm on Pacers ml. They are finally getting a decent homestand and their record is underrated since they have had less home games then almost any team in the nba. I'd rather take the solid home underdog vs the spoiled self-entitled superstars who have a tendency to be a let down whenever they are hyped up by the public.

Only reason to play the Pacers is the line movement or non-movement...they have still yet to show me that they can contend with the upper teams in the East.

Gotta take a day or two off from the Bucks...public seems to be pounding them against a weak Suns team, but I want to see how Boylan implements his ideas into this young team.

LA Lakers vs. Houston Rockets UNDER 221 (2.2 to win 2)
This line has skyrocketed in the past hour or so...and I'm going to take it now just in case it goes back down a bit. Without Gasol and Howard, the Lakers lose about 25-30% of their offense. We will see a lot more of Robert Sacre, Jordan Hill, and Devin Ebanks down low. Gasol was a soft defender, and Howard certainly wasn't anywhere close to where he had been in past years on the defensive end. I believe that the young players will want to buckle down and put in maximum effort...something that has been missing big time from the Lakers this season. Kobe will be able to do enough offensively to keep them somewhat competitive...but I don't see it getting up that high. Figure the Lakers to be around the 96-102 mark...and I don't think they get beat by 20+
Prediction: Rockets 109 Lakers 101

Just so you know, not that it makes a difference with your prediction, but Hill is also out.
Good luck tonight CMJ

Thanks for the info...I would just bump the Lakers down a few points and the Rockets up a few. Reason why I'm not making a play on the Rockets is that they might take this game lightly without all the big stars and get caught with their pants down.
