I went 4-3-1 on Sunday. I got screwed by getting stuck with St. Louis +13.5 and finding out after the game started that someone I'd never heard of and who had never started a professional game was quarterbacking the Rams (wussy Kyle Boller reported a sore box during warmups, thus giving the start to some guy named Keith Null).
Same thing here. Never in my life did I think I would be upset by Kyle Boller NOT starting for the team I laid money on.

Okay. So can you give us a better explanation as to why the Pirates of the Caribbean opened this line at -6, thus tempting bettors to fade the Heat? Or better yet, can you tell us why this line then rose to -7 despite seemingly very few takers on the Miami side?
Not criticizing, just looking for your take.

Yes, and I also noticed that they won straight up 5 out of those 6 times, losing only on Kobe's buzzer-beating prayer bankshot.

i love reverse line movement, and/or what appears to be reverse line movement when deciding where to put my money....too much is said on this website about the public, where the public's money is going and what lines are being affected by the ''Public"...nonetheless..when the line moves contrary to public belief...that is a play to behold..gl mr. bator, been watching for years
