Prior to this years wade him and bosh are so much better than pau and bynum during the lakers champ yrs and its not close. Andrew bynum avg 6 ppg in 09 finals and 7 ppg in 10 finals. Bynum had zero impact in those finals. It was a tandem with kobe/pau not a big 3 like miami. Just go look at wade/bosh numbers in the last 4 yrs and compare em with pau an bynum from 09-10. Miami big 3 in first yr. lebron 27 ppg. Wade 25.5 ppg and bosh 18ppg and they lost the finals hahahaha. Tell me when. Bynum avg 15 in 09 and 11 in 2010. Pau avg 18 in 09 and 19 in 2010. So again please someone try and say pau and bynum were close to wade and bosh. Even this year in wades worst year 19ppg and bosh 16 still better better than pau and bynums best years with kobe. So even with a "terrible over the hill" wade and "soft" bosh this year they were still better than pau an bynum ever were during champ runs
are you trying to say that, based on their performances this version of bosh and wade were adequate enuff to have allowed the heat a good chance at beating this spurs team???.....
ans i presume you are going to be telling us that kobe in his prime could have taken down this spurs team with this version of wade and bosh also??....
because, comparing like for like thats exactly wat youre implying....hypothetically,kobe in lebrons place cud have taken out these spurs??.....please do tell
you seem to forget that kobe only beat the fuk.en magic(in their very first finals appearance with that group),and was one perkins injury away from losing his second finals series post shaq.
see wat i did there??i "stole" a title away from him the same way you coc.ks like to begrudge lebron one because of ray allens miracle shot...cool,aye??
and im also not too flash with counting but last time i looked i think there were 5 players, plus bench on a basketball team, rite??so why so fixated on just 2 players??kobe had gasol, bynum(i dont give a shi+ about his averages,i know he made important contributions to championship runs...you cant tell me they werent a powerful defensive force and rebounding juggernaut with those 2 on the frontline in playoff style encounters),lamar odom, ron artest, trevor ariza, derek fisher, shannon brown, jordan farmar.......look at that group and try and tell me they are any worse at all than the "much vaunted" group lebron has around him currently...maybe not huge names on that lakers squad but practically all had toughness, heart, tenacity and skill...sumthing that cud NOT be said for the scrubs lebron just been carrying around.
all of which is besides the point anyway, which is NO WAY NO HOW does kobe carry either group to a series win against this spurs team, they will go down as one of the best of the past 25 years at least..to anhihilate the dubble-defending champs to that degree is unheard of and lebron and others clearly ran out of gas after the deep runs over a long period of time...but no excuses, his team.yes thats rite his TEAM was inferior...no shame in that.
just unlucky he wasnt the beneficiary of circumstance the way kobe was in facing a weak-as.s magic team and a battered and bruised celtics that he barely struggled to beat
