I have to admit I feel strongly the Spurs will take game one but as for the series.

I mean it is going to be hard to beat LBJ and with Wade looking better than he has in the last 3 yrs and Bosh has got things going it will be a great series going to 7 games.

It is just hard to beat the games best player LBJ in the Finals especially when they have Wade who has carried a team in 2006 to title with no help. Plus we know how the refs can lean Heat as well hope we get solid officiating and just let the two teams decide the games but this is the NBA.

well i have the spurs and since i made the bet in November i have the spurs at 10-1 for $160. That is a potential 1600$ payoff. I made that bet after i collected a grand on the redsox world series. I made that bet also about 6 months early at 10-1. I like the spurs chances but my advice to anyone who likes the heat in the series may just take lebron for mvp at least its plus money, or wait til after game one cause spurs are going to win big in game one at least 15 points.

SonOfPop you really made an account just to come here and offer that?  Why would you not just take the Heat at plus money.  I just want to point out that tickets are 2-1 on the Spurs, Covers and SBR are 2-1 on the Spurs and we are talking about a pick 'em series.  We are also talking about folks going against the greatest player of his generation with a chance to become a legend.  This is also the Mt. Rushmore year for that dude.  This Spurs team is great, but who is going to have the ref advantage this series?  If Miami wins one in San Antonio -- which everyone assumes they will -- they will have an opportunity to win in 6.
